Welcome to UAE Hydroponics. By accessing or using our website at https://uae-hydroponics.com, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About UAE Hydroponics

UAE Hydroponics is the UAE’s trusted source for hydroponic systems, nutrients, growing media, and everything you need to grow fresh produce at home or commercially. We deliver across all Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and more.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable UAE laws or international regulations. You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses or harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our site.

3. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders across all UAE Emirates. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us first via WhatsApp: +971 52 2020 052.

Items that cannot be returned: Digital products once accessed, custom-made or special-order items, and products damaged due to misuse.

If the return is due to our error, we cover all costs and replace or fully refund the item. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. For questions, email info@uae-hydroponics.com.

6. Exchanges

We replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us at info@uae-hydroponics.com or WhatsApp +971 52 2020 052 and we will resolve it promptly.

7. Payments

All transactions are in UAE Dirhams (AED). We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. UAE Hydroponics does not store your payment information — all data is handled securely by our payment processor.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of UAE Hydroponics and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

UAE Hydroponics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product(s) in question.
