Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange, but we’ll still do our best to help!

Returning a Product

If you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
✅ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
✅ You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We accept most returns, but there are a few exceptions:
❌ Digital products (such as e-books or downloadable guides) are non-refundable once accessed.
❌ Custom-made or special order items that were created specifically for you.
❌ Products that are damaged due to misuse.

If you’re not sure whether your product is eligible for return, just ask!

Refunds – How It Works

🔄 If the mistake is on our end (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover all costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
🔄 If you changed your mind, no problem! You can still return the product, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – refunds can take time to appear.

Exchanges – Need a Replacement?

We gladly replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Just send us a message at [email protected], and we’ll take care of it.

Shipping Costs & Heavy Items

📦 For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
📦 For large or heavy items, return shipping costs may be higher, but we’ll help you find the best and most affordable way to return your item.
